I have written several times before about how funny Rooney is (and thinks he is). He used to just tell us "I'm funny" but in the last couple of months he has started to tell Knock, Knock jokes. Sometimes he laughs himself silly telling his great jokes. You'll notice a common theme in the jokes (besides being Knock, Knock) until the last video. Rooney did something a little different and I see his jokes are starting to evolve. It's amazing to see Darwin's theory happen right before your eyes.
Did you notice the new twist he put on the ol' "Aren't you glad I didn't say banana?" punchline?
At 26 weeks pregnant I started this blog for my son Rooney. The plan was to document feelings, body changes and eventually to share pictures of our son with friends and family. 4 years later, with the addition of Rooney's little sister, Ailbe, we are now sharing the lives of our 2 kiddos. I'm not sure how long this blog will go on for but as long as people are reading we'll keep posting.

Reminds me a little (though not much), of Mike's comedic debut, which I hope you realize is among the old videos we gave you at Christmastime a year ago. Rooney might like to see that.

Those are great jokes, always a surprise ending too, with a great twist you don't see coming. He's a natural.
